Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return the product for a refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@maverickeden.com to obtain a Return Label and shipping instructions via email. After receiving a return label, securely place the item in its original packaging along with the provided return form, then drop the item off at the designated courier company.
Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. You will be refunded the product cost only unless the product(s) are faulty or incorrect items have been delivered. MAVERICK EDEN does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
Customers are responsible for paying any duties and taxes incurred in their country and are unable to waive or refund them.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least (5) days from receipt of your item for processing. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us using the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Returned items must be in their original condition with complete packaging, including all cards and accompanying free gifts, to qualify for a refund.
